Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist, your main role will involve connecting with students and their families to provide personalized counseling and understand their educational goals and challenges. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, tracking performance, and enhancing the overall sales process and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting personalized counseling sessions to guide students. - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Tracking and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborating with other teams to enhance the sales process. In order to qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Education: Bachelors degree or Post-Graduation. - Experience: 1-2 years in sales or counseling. - Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is required. - Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
