Key Responsibilities: Conduct effective outreach campaigns to potential clients in the US market. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring clear communication. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and outcomes. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English. Proficiency in speaking with a US accent is essential. Previous experience in the outsourcing industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
