Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and prospect potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
  • Work on inbound leads generated from marketing activities and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.

2. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Present cybersecurity solutions to clients, explaining features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Conduct virtual product demos for security tools, platforms, or services.
  • Understand customer requirements, pain points, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate pricing negotiations.

3. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and sales activity information.
  • Work with the sales manager to follow structured sales processes and meet monthly targets.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

4. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the technical pre-sales and cybersecurity team for solution mapping.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, webinars, events, and follow-up strategies.
  • Provide customer feedback to enhance product positioning and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of Inside Sales/Business Development experience (Cybersecurity or IT SaaS preferred).
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts: firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, vulnerability management, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Cybersecurity sales experience (MDR, SOC services, IAM, EDR, SIEM solutions).
  • High energy, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Certifications like Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or basic cybersecurity certifications (optional).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,462.58 - ₹42,104.77 per month
