### **Role: Inside Sales Representative**

As an ISR, you will engage with healthcare providers, understand their needs, and showcase how our AI teleradiology solutions can add value.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify prospects through calls, emails & social outreach.
• **Customer Engagement:** Understand customer needs and present AI teleradiology solutions effectively.
• **Pipeline Management:** Maintain and update CRM; track progress toward targets.
• **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on AI imaging solutions & industry trends.
• **Collaboration:** Work with sales, marketing & customer success to drive conversions.
• **Negotiation & Closing:** Manage complete sales cycle and close deals.
• **Client Relationship:** Build long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

### **Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Healthcare preferred)
• Inside sales experience (healthcare/tech preferred)
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and organized
