Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in contributing to the achievement of our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. We require a motivated and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM to bolster our sales growth and optimize lead management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, creating persuasive proposals, bidding on projects, and driving sales for our services. You will be tasked with sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails within India and globally. Understanding customers" needs and effectively communicating how our services can address those needs will be crucial. Qualified opportunities will be directed to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Achieving quarterly revenue and lead generation targets, researching accounts, engaging with key stakeholders, and expanding the prospect database within your assigned territory are all part of the role. Collaboration with channel partners to nurture the sales pipeline and secure deals is essential. Conducting online demonstrations to prospects, meeting monthly quotas for various call metrics, and consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual sales objectives are key performance indicators for this position. Providing solutions, support, and addressing client queries with follow-up calls are also integral to your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in inside sales, specifically selling Salesforce services, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. A strong focus on Salesforce, meeting or exceeding sales targets, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals are prerequisites. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in conducting effective sales calls, and engaging with potential customers are critical for success in this role. Prior experience in bidding for Salesforce projects on platforms like Upwork, along with exceptional analytical and time-management abilities, will be advantageous. A comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integration, and custom development is necessary. Proficiency in Salesforce and prior experience in selling Salesforce or cloud-based solutions are highly preferred qualifications. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in-person.
