Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at our Raipur location in the Sales Development department, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to customers throughout the sales process. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, driving sales conversions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of our products and services and be adept at identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to help them make informed purchasing decisions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact, and addressing their needs effectively to enhance their overall experience. Moreover, you will be expected to identify potential sales opportunities, convert inquiries into sales, and contribute to the overall sales targets of the team. It will be essential to track and follow up on leads, focusing on maximizing conversion rates and exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our Marble products and services will be crucial in assisting customers effectively and driving sales. You will need to stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and enhance their overall experience. Furthermore, gathering and analyzing customer feedback to provide valuable insights that can improve sales strategies and product offerings will be a part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience and address areas for improvement will also be essential. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively are also necessary. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Your performance will be evaluated based on key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lead follow-up effectiveness to ensure alignment with the company's sales objectives and customer service standards.
