Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves lead generation, qualifying prospects, and converting leads into clients through outreach efforts. The representative will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses or services, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining and updating customer records, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with the ability to identify and engage prospective clients
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and long-term relationships
Experience in Account Management to manage and grow client accounts effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting objectives
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
Familiarity with e-learning platforms or knowledge of education technology is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
