Designation: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Dehradun

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make direct calls to leads provided by the company.
• Manage client accounts and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential sales leads.
• Pitch company products and services to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Research and understand the purchasing needs and decision-makers within target companies.
• Contact potential clients via calls and emails to establish rapport and schedule meetings.
• Represent the company by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services.
• Inform clients about new product updates or offerings.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and commercial offers.

Requirements

• Strong ability to develop and maintain healthy client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Internship or experience in sales and/or project management will be preferred.
• Knowledge of productivity tools and relevant software.
• High attention to detail with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
