Role Overview – What This Role Is Really About

A traveller is comparing multiple stay options.

A student wants clarity before booking.

A guest needs reassurance before confirming payment.

You help them take a breath and say — “Okay… this feels right.”

This is not just sales.

This is guiding someone toward the right stay experience.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)

You will:

• Speak with potential residents over calls / WhatsApp
• Ask questions to understand their needs (budget, location, move-in date)
• Suggest suitable Loop Hostel options
• Follow up politely — because decisions take time
• Help them complete the booking and confirm move-in details
• Update CRM so conversations and progress are visible to the team
• Share guest feedback that helps improve the experience
• Handle objections professionally related to pricing, availability, or policies
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets
• Coordinate with operations and city teams to ensure smooth check-ins
