Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and counselling leads, engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and driving Revenue. Additionally, the role involves managing accounts, providing support and solutions tailored to client needs, and meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and communication efforts.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Inside Sales to effectively identify and engage potential clients
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting relationships
Experience in Account Management to handle client accounts, provide personalized solutions, and ensure client retention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team collaboration
Ability to manage multiple leads and meet sales target.
Prior experience in sales or a related field is a must.

Salary & Incentives

Upto 8 LPA for Experienced Sales Professionals.
Monthly Incentives and Bonuses as per Performance. On an average every Sales Professional take 30-40k Incentives and Bonuses every month.
