Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers via calls, understanding their needs, counseling them about our services/products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services
• Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and close deals
• Update customer details and sales status in CRM
• Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida (201301): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
