Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness.
  • Understand customer pain points and align Lenovo HCI solutions to address them.
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Engagement:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Lenovo's hyper-converged offerings, including ThinkAgile HX Series, partnerships with Nutanix, VMware, etc.
  • Clearly articulate the technical and business value of HCI to IT decision-makers.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos, webinars, and follow-up activities with field sales or solution architects.
  • Generate regular reports on lead activity, pipeline development, and sales metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective customers regarding IT hardware products.

  • Understand customer requirements, propose suitable hardware solutions, and prepare quotations.
  • Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities by engaging effectively and building trust.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, storage, and peripherals.
