Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, customer service, customer satisfaction, account management, and actively working to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer relationships and delivering exceptional service to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Account Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the 3D printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
