Job Title: Sales Inbound

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an inbound sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responding to inbound inquiries, identifying prospects’ needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships, providing excellent service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Understand customer needs and identify solutions based on company products or services.
  • Qualify leads, address customer questions, and assist with the buying process.
  • Nurture and convert inbound leads into sales by building rapport and maintaining follow-up communication.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly over phone or email.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn inquiries into opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing and sales funnel methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the industry or market related to the company’s products/services.
