Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Inside Sales & Client Engagement

Engage with prospective and existing private clients such as developers, industrial companies, EPC contractors, and infrastructure owners through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand client needs related to project execution, reporting, monitoring, and documentation requirements.
Qualify leads by identifying project stage, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Sales Support & Opportunity Management

Present Monarchs services in a clear, outcome-oriented, and non-technical manner, focusing on client benefits and business value.
Support senior sales members with follow-ups, meeting coordination, and proposal discussions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Pipeline Tracking & Coordination

Track enquiries, proposals, and conversion status to ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate internally to gather information required for client responses.
Assist in maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline.

Market Awareness & Learning

Develop a working understanding of Monarchs service offerings, markets, and client segments through internal training.
Stay informed about basic trends in real estate, industrial, EPC, and infrastructure sectors.
Capture client feedback and share insights with the sales team for continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

MBA or equivalent management qualification Mandatory.
03 years of experience in inside sales, business development, customer engagement, or similar roles.
Exposure to B2B services, consulting, EPC, real estate, or infrastructure-related organizations is preferred.
Any prior interaction with private-sector clients is an added advantage.
