Job Title: Sales Agent – Domestic Process Location: Noida Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0 + years Shift: Day Shift Language Requirement: Fluent in Hindi and/or regional language, basic English Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Agents to join our domestic sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls or attending inbound inquiries to promote and sell products/services within India. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries Follow up on leads and maintain customer database Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Handle objections and rejections professionally Provide excellent customer service to retain clients Coordinate with the internal team for after-sales support Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Prior experience in telesales or field sales (preferred, not mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and negotiate Goal-oriented and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Compensation Package: Bonus pay Commission pay Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9999680184
