Job Description

Job Duties: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. Customer Engagement: Understand high level of customer needs and requirements. Conduct effective online demos or 1st level of discussion with Sales team. Sales Process Management: Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Generate leads and over achieve monthly target. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
