About the Role: Join our growing team at Retrod as an Inside Sales Representative ! You'll be the first point of contact for potential hotel clients, helping them understand how our tech products can improve their business. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and follow up on leads Explain product features and set up demos Build strong client relationships and support the sales cycle Maintain CRM and update lead status Coordinate with the marketing and product team for client queries Requirements: Excellent communication and persuasion skills Basic understanding of B2B SaaS or hospitality solutions preferred Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-up Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
