About Us: The Basil by Retrod is a premium boutique stay managed by Retrod , a cutting-edge hotel tech company empowering over 1500+ hotels across India. We're redefining hospitality through technology—PMS, POS, booking engine, marketing, and more. We are now hiring a dedicated Property Manager to lead and manage daily operations at The Basil , ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth backend operations. Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end hotel operations including check-ins, housekeeping, and service delivery Manage and train hotel staff to deliver top-tier guest experience Handle guest relations, queries, and escalations professionally Monitor inventory, vendor management, and housekeeping standards Ensure smooth use of Retrod’s hotel management software (PMS, POS, Booking Engine) Coordinate with central team for marketing, bookings, and reporting Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and brand standards of the property Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and operations Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in hotel/property management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Good communication in English, Hindi, and local language preferred Tech-savvy and familiar with basic hotel software systems Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred Willing to work on rotational shifts including weekends What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance incentives Opportunity to work with India’s fast-growing travel tech brand Exposure to next-gen hotel technologies Growth opportunities within Retrod’s expanding portfolio Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
