Revenue & OTA Support Executive

Job Description

About the Role: Retrod is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Executive to manage hotel revenue and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms. You will be responsible for assisting our hotel clients in maximizing their online presence, improving occupancy, and ensuring smooth OTA operations. Responsibilities: Manage listings on OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.) Coordinate with hotels to optimize pricing and inventory Handle day-to-day support queries related to revenue management Monitor booking trends and suggest strategies Work closely with the technical and support team to resolve client issues Requirements: Good understanding of OTAs and hotel operations Strong communication & coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets Prior experience in a hotel/reservation background is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
