Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails. Generate and qualify leads using company databases, referrals, and digital platforms. 2. Customer Interaction: Reach out to potential customers to understand their needs and requirements. Conduct high-quality conversations to build relationships and trust with prospects. 3. Product Presentation: Provide accurate information about products/services. Deliver online demos or presentations when required to explain offerings. 4. Sales Conversion: Close sales and achieve assigned targets and KPIs. Handle objections and negotiations effectively to finalize deals. 5. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Track lead status, follow-ups, and pipeline progress. 6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, support, and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Share feedback and insights from customers with internal teams for improvements. 7. Market Research & Reporting: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the management. 8. Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction after the sale by coordinating with support or service teams.
