Job Description

  • Make calls regarding inbound and outbound sales to generate new business opportunities.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  • Responsible for student admission and achieving targets, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable programs to drive sales growth.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas by effectively communicating with students and parents.
  • Support students one on one in their course selection, application process, and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist students in obtaining necessary documentation for the application process.
  • Provide information regarding admissions requirements and processes to students, parents, and guardians.
  • Coordinate efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
  • Regularly study accounts and identify important players, collaborating with teammates to close deals.
  • Maintain a detailed database with all information on prospects.
Job Requirements
  • Any degree, preferably Engineering Graduates.
  • Strong sense of communication and phone skills, with experience using web presentation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment, focusing on achieving monthly milestones and closing sales.
  • Experience in inside sales or edtech sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools, and the ability to maintain accurate records of sales activities.
