Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for Inside Sales professionals including freshers and individuals with up to 6 months to 2 years of international sales experience. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) , sales skills and should be comfortable working night shifts. Responsibilities: 1. Acquire new customers 2. Manage end-to-end B2C sales 3. Conduct on-call sales for Sprintzeal's Online Certification Programs 4. Maintain daily data and reports 5. Develop and implement sales strategies 6. Report sales metrics 7. Oversee lead generation and closing 8. Support team members. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2. Strong communication skills Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 28,000/- plus attractive incentives Night Shift: 5:00pm to 2:00am, Work from office Working Days Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday - fixed week offs)
