Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) Inside Sales Management Manage an inside sales team (5-7 members) for lead qualification, cold calling, appointment setting and follow-ups. Monitor daily call reports, demo schedules, and lead nurturing. Train and motivate the team to achieve monthly qualified lead targets. Ensure CRM hygiene, daily reporting, and data accuracy. Field Sales & Client Acquisition Daily field visits to coaching centers, training institutes, tuition centers, and educational businesses. Product pitching, conducting demos, proposal sharing, and negotiations. Handle customer objections and close deals. Build strong relationships with business owners, directors and decision makers. Travel to Tier 1/2/3 cities across Telangana, AP, Karnataka as per business requirement. Reporting & Coordination Weekly reporting of sales funnel, closures, pipeline, and forecast. Work closely with marketing, product and leadership team for strategy alignment. Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections. Eligibility Requirements Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / Business preferred). MBA / PGDM (Sales/Marketing specialization). Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in SAAS / B2B sales / EdTech / Software / Enterprise Solutions. Proven experience in both inside sales (lead generation, telecalling, demo scheduling) and field sales (customer visits, closures). Experience managing small sales teams is preferred. Skills: Strong communication & presentation skills. Ability to handle objections and negotiations. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and reporting. Should be willing to travel extensively across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka. High ownership, target-oriented, and self-driven attitude. Knowledge of coaching, training, education or EdTech domain is essential. Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu (Kannada will be an added advantage).
