Position: Inside Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: [Indore]
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (with Overseas Sales Experience)
Reports To: Head – Sales / Business Development Director

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Inside Sales Manager with proven experience in international/overseas markets. The ideal candidate will drive global lead generation, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth by building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for overseas lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Identify and target international markets to expand business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Operations teams to align sales campaigns with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the global market.
  • Train, mentor, and guide inside sales executives to improve productivity and effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B inside sales expertise with a focus on overseas clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international client handling experience.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales pipeline & CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of global business cultures and practices.
  • Result-driven with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in international/overseas sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work across different time zones as per overseas market requirements.
