Role Overview

Inside Sales Intern


What You’ll Do

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound calls

    with potential customers in the sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant Sploot offerings.
  • Follow up with leads to drive conversions and meet weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain lead and customer data in CRM tools.
  • Share customer insights with the team to improve scripts, processes, and offerings.


What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over phone/WhatsApp.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
