About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via chat and understand customer requirements
• Recommend suitable diagnostic/healthcare services
• Educate prospects about benefits and accuracy of our solutions
• Convert leads into confirmed sales using persuasive communication
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions
• Follow up with potential leads who didnt convert initially
• Work closely with call center, lab coordination, and marketing teams

Who Can Apply

• Bachelors degree in any field (Healthcare/Science background preferred but not mandatory)
• 13 years of experience in chat support, inside sales, or customer service
• Excellent written English with professional tone and clarity
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and achieve targets
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends/holidays
