Job Description

About the Role We are hiring Inside Sales Executives with prior experience in Health Insurance or Pet Insurance. The role requires candidates with a telesales background who can manage assisted insurance sales, drive conversions, and build trust-based customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end lead conversion for Health and Pet Insurance categories. Manage inbound and outbound customer queries with professionalism. Clearly explain product features, premiums, benefits, and claim processes. Achieve monthly sales and revenue closure targets. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer conversations and closures on CRM tools. Upsell/cross-sell insurance products to maximise revenue opportunities. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Finance/Insurance). 1–2 years of telesales experience in Health Insurance or Pet Insurance (mandatory). Strong communication, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English & Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
