Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will also be required to close new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries, verifying and entering information. Additionally, updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities will be essential. You will play a crucial role in accomplishing department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and understanding customer needs and requirements will be key aspects of your role. Closing sales to achieve quarterly quotas, teaming up with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals, and performing effective online demos to prospects are also part of your responsibilities.
