About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment—all while working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services

● Follow up with inbound leads and maintain a consistent engagement strategy

● Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions and service details

● Maintain lead databases and update the status of each prospect in the CRM

● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, conversions, and closures

● Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams for lead quality and feedback

● Deliver a professional and consultative sales experience over the phone and via email

● Generate reports on performance, lead status, and follow-ups

Skills & Requirements:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Native Language, English & Hindi preferred)

● Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven setup

● Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

● Comfortable working in a structured sales process

● Knowledge of basic sales tools or CRM systems is an added advantage

● Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales are welcome
