Role Overview: You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communication, and closing deals through Upwork and other online platforms. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing business opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, managing the complete sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining sales reports to meet monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. - Draft compelling proposals and handle client communications effectively. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. - Maintain sales reports and meet monthly targets. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development (Upwork experience is mandatory). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of IT services and digital marketing domains. - Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
