Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding the client's needs and requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrating software solutions. The Pre Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities for this role:

• Building qualified sales pipeline
• Being the first point of contact for the organization
• Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers and nurturing the warm prospects
• Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage with inactive prospects
• Showcasing the product to potential customers during the sales cycle
• Refining the lead generation process on a timely basis
• Staying current with the industry trends
• Track all lead activity and monitor opportunities using CRM software
• Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand client requirements
• Ability to give product demonstrations and presentations
• Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
