Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
: Identify and qualify potential leads through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Sales Presentations
: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers via phone, email, or video conferencing.
Closing Sales
: Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
CRM Management
: Maintain and update customer information and sales data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration
: Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand offerings and align sales strategies with market demand.
FollowUp
: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional after-sales service.
