Kabloom is now building a global operations and sales hub in India to accelerate partner acquisition and marketplace enablement for its rapidly growing US business.


Role Overview


Inside Sales Executive

prospect, pitch, and convert


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build target lists of US florists, wholesalers, and growers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Run outbound sequences – cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages – to qualify and acquire new partners.
  • Explain Kabloom’s value proposition: how we help partners set up, list, and scale on Amazon & Walmart with catalog, pricing, and fulfillment support.
  • Manage CRM hygiene, track daily activities, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with US Partner Success teams for onboarding and first-30-day performance.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of US B2B inside sales / lead-generation experience (preferably in marketplaces, aggregators, or e-commerce services).
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent; comfortable with US night shifts.
  • Working knowledge of

    Amazon Seller Central

    (ASIN creation, listing, buy box, fees) and/or

    Walmart Seller Center

    .
  • Experience using CRMs and outreach tools (Zoho, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).


KPIs

  • New partners contacted per week
  • Qualified meetings and partner sign-ups
  • SKUs submitted and ASINs live per month
  • Time-to-go-live and first-GMV metrics


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in fresh / perishable categories or supply chain products.
  • Prior exposure to US SMB market or e-commerce seller services.
