Kabloom is now building a global operations and sales hub in India to accelerate partner acquisition and marketplace enablement for its rapidly growing US business. Role Overview As an Inside Sales Executive , you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding US florists, growers, and distributors to Kabloom’s marketplace program. Your goal is to prospect, pitch, and convert partners by explaining how Kabloom enables them to sell on Amazon, Walmart, and Kabloom.com , while coordinating with the US onboarding and catalog teams for a smooth go-live experience. Key Responsibilities Research and build target lists of US florists, wholesalers, and growers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc. Run outbound sequences – cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages – to qualify and acquire new partners. Explain Kabloom’s value proposition: how we help partners set up, list, and scale on Amazon & Walmart with catalog, pricing, and fulfillment support. Manage CRM hygiene, track daily activities, and ensure accurate forecasting. Coordinate with US Partner Success teams for onboarding and first-30-day performance. Requirements 2–5 years of US B2B inside sales / lead-generation experience (preferably in marketplaces, aggregators, or e-commerce services). Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent; comfortable with US night shifts. Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (ASIN creation, listing, buy box, fees) and/or Walmart Seller Center . Experience using CRMs and outreach tools (Zoho, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). KPIs New partners contacted per week Qualified meetings and partner sign-ups SKUs submitted and ASINs live per month Time-to-go-live and first-GMV metrics Nice-to-Have Experience in fresh / perishable categories or supply chain products. We are now expanding our India operations to create a Partner Development Engine that will drive US market expansion and large-account growth. Role Overview As a Partner Development Manager , you’ll own acquisition and growth for mid-to-large floral partners in the US. You’ll close regional wholesalers and growers, lead a small inside-sales pod, and work with the US team to accelerate catalog onboarding, promotions, and early GMV growth across Amazon and Walmart. Key Responsibilities Build and own the pipeline of large US floral partners (growers, wholesalers, chains). Negotiate commercial terms and drive partner contracts to closure. Oversee the end-to-end journey from onboarding to go-live on marketplaces. Collaborate with marketing for seasonal campaigns and trade association partnerships. Manage and coach a team of Inside Sales Executives for target achievement. Report on KPIs such as partner sign-ups, ASINs live, GMV growth, and retention. Requirements 6-10 years of experience in US B2B sales / partnership / marketplace growth.
