Job Description

Sales Conversion Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers. Conduct product demonstrations via calls, video meetings, or webinars. Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualification - English fluency is must Work closely with the marketing and operations team for lead handovers and campaign feedback. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Requirements & QualificationsProven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service (B2B or B2C). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
