Demand Generation Executive / Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation

  : Identify and engage potential clients across global markets using email, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other professional platforms.

• Outbound Campaigns

  : Execute structured outbound campaigns to spark interest and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Prospect Engagement

  : Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

• Market Research

  : Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine outreach strategy.

• Sales Collaboration

  : Partner with the sales team for smooth handover of leads and contribute to revenue goals.

• Performance Reporting

  : Track key metrics and provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

• Content Utilization

  : Leverage marketing assets to engage prospects and drive meaningful conversations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 25 years of experience in

  B2B demand generation or inside sales

  , targeting global markets
• Exposure to

  or tech solution selling is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
