Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and qualifying leads through various channels. - Researching and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system. - Conducting engaging product demos and presentations via phone, video, and online platforms. - Developing and delivering compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients. - Effectively managing the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates. - Negotiating and closing deals while adhering to pricing and terms. - Achieving or exceeding sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support. - Promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and enhance overall client satisfaction. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our software solutions and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. - Providing insights on client needs and market trends to contribute to product development. - Tracking and reporting sales activities and performance metrics to analyze and identify improvement opportunities. - Providing regular progress updates and addressing challenges to the sales manager. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the software industry. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Knowledge of SaaS products is a plus.
