Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Inside Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales within a defined territory or market segment. Your role will require a strong understanding of our software solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels. - Research and understand client needs to effectively pitch our solutions. - Maintain CRM records of all sales activities for efficient tracking. - Conduct engaging product demos/presentations through phone, video, or online platforms. - Develop and deliver compelling proposals/quotes to potential clients. - Manage the sales pipeline effectively to maximize conversion rates. - Negotiate and close deals while adhering to pricing and terms. - Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all stages. - Address client inquiries promptly and resolve any issues efficiently. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and maintain thorough software/competitive knowledge. - Provide insights into client needs and market trends for product development. - Track and report sales activities and performance effectively. - Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities. - Provide regular progress and challenge updates to the sales manager. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the software industry. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Knowledge of SaaS products is a plus.,
