Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Two Wheeler Showroom Reports to: Sales Manager Location: Hadapsar Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are a leading two-wheeler showroom seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and providing exceptional customer service to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate Leads: Identify and generate leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. 2. Convert Inquiries into Sales: Convert customer inquiries into sales by providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and offering solutions. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of two-wheelers, including features, benefits, and pricing. 4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues. 5. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by actively promoting products, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. 6. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data. 7. Collaboration with Team: Collaborate with the sales team, including the Sales Manager and other Inside Sales Executives, to achieve sales targets. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience or fresher: Preferably in a two-wheeler or automotive sales environment. 2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. 3. Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with computer software, including CRM systems, email, and other productivity tools. 4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with two-wheelers, including types, models, and features. 5. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a busy sales environment with multiple customers and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Two-wheeler industry experience: Experience working in the two-wheeler industry, either in sales or a related field. 2. Sales training or certification: Completion of sales training programs or certification in sales or a related field. 3.
