Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for sales outreach programs including cold calls, emailer, & timely follow-up to closure.Source new sales opportunities through both outbound / inbound efforts.Primarily responsible for generating prospective leads for EPICOR ERP & Microsoft (.NET, SharePoint, BI) platform & services in the Middle East region.Understand customer needs and requirements.Hands on in market research.Route qualified opportunities to the onsite sales team for further development and closure.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory and lead database creation and management if required.

Qualifications

Must have prior experience in lead generation via cold calling (International and domestic markets) in ERP segment.Cold call on an existing / new database of clients / prospects with a view of generating qualified appointments.Should be able to address complex customer requests via multi-product/service solutions.Experience in working with some leading CRMs.Experience 2 to 5 years
