Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility will be lead generation and supporting the US Salesforce team. This role involves researching potential leads, initiating outreach via email and LinkedIn, and maintaining accurate records. Over time, the candidate will also contribute to B2B marketing initiatives, making this a dynamic position with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing concepts is a plus

Skills

  • Proficiency in email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) is an advantage
