Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  outbound cold calls

  to potential customers in the retail and hospitality sectors in the US market.
• Promote and sell

  commercial lighting

  and

  interior building products

  to new business accounts.
• Generate leads through

  ZoomInfo searches

  , purchased lists, and prior customer databases.
• Achieve and exceed

  daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

  — calls, touches, appointments, discovery calls, and sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activities in CRM tools.

• Handle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales funnel to closure.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and drive conversions.
  
• Stay informed about product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–3 years of

  inside sales / outbound telemarketing

  experience (preferably in the

  US market

  ).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding

  sales KPIs and targets

  .
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  
• Experience working with CRMs and prospecting tools such as

  ZoomInfo

  ,

  Salesforce

  HubSpot

  .
• Comfortable working in a

  night shift (US business hours)
