Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive at NoBrokerHood, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting these leads into successful sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Working closely with the team, you will optimize sales strategies to achieve targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to societies to introduce our vendor and painting services. - Explain service offerings such as painting packages, electrical, housekeeping, etc., with clarity and confidence. - Show interest in Business development (B2C/B2B) for Software Application products/services. - Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities. - Consistently follow up with prospects until closure and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - 0 to 2 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets. (Freshers can apply) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus. - Interest in Business development for Software Application products/services.
