As an Inside Sales Executive SOC at our company, you will play a crucial role in selling cybersecurity solutions and services to businesses and organizations. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, building relationships, and demonstrating the value of our products and services. To excel in this role, you will need to: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs. This involves staying updated on market trends, competition, and customer demands in the cybersecurity industry, analyzing data and market reports, and keeping abreast of industry regulations and standards. - Build relationships with prospects through various communication channels such as phone, email, etc. You will be making outbound calls, sending emails, following up with prospects, responding to inquiries, and building a strong network of contacts and referrals. - Collaborate with other sales and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. This includes working closely with the technical team to ensure customers receive the right solution that meets their needs. Qualifications required for this role include having at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
