Job Summary:

Inside Sales Executive

take care of their GCC setup, operational management, and expansion services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the

    US GCC market

    through research, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels.
  • Generate and nurture leads to build a robust pipeline of GCC opportunities.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and discussions to showcase our service offerings and business value.
  • Understand client needs around GCC setup, transformation, or scaling, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure timely deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align strategy and improve conversion.
  • Maintain updated client and opportunity data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Stay informed about GCC industry trends, US enterprise expansion patterns, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience

    in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition (B2B preferred).
  • Proven success in

    US market business development

    and

    GCC-related client engagement

    .
  • Strong experience in

    greenfield sales and enterprise lead generation

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho).
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified GCC leads generated.
  • Conversion rate from lead to deal.
  • Revenue achieved vs. quarterly targets.
  • Client acquisition and engagement metrics.
  • Sales activity performance (calls, meetings, demos, proposals).
