As an Inside Sales professional in our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating leads using various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. - Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate products/services. - Maintaining regular communication with potential and existing clients to foster strong relationships. - Updating and managing customer data in CRM systems for efficient tracking. - Collaborating with marketing and field sales teams to convert leads into successful clients. - Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Creating and sending quotations and proposals to clients. - Providing timely support for inbound inquiries. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred). - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and presentation. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Goal-oriented mindset with self-motivation and a positive outlook.
