Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in pune. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, generating leads, and payment collection. Responsible for increasing wallet share and activate sleeping customers. follow process kpi by updating call details in ERP.

Qualifications

Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Account Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial components industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business management
1-2 minimum experience in inside sales
