Job Description

Cold calling with the leads assigned.
• Talking to the prospective clients & converting them into potential customers.
Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales lffe cycle.
Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.
Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.

And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote sales initiatives.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues.
Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
