Job Description

A. Lead Management & Sales ConversionHandle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products (PPF, Smart Film, Smart Glass, or Partitions). Conduct product pitching, demos, and presentations. Prepare and share quotations with correct pricing and specifications. Follow up until deals are closed. B. Field Visits & Market DevelopmentDaily market visits to detailing studios, fabricators, architects, contractors, and potential partners. Build relationships with resellers, installers, and corporate clients. Increase product visibility and partner engagement in the assigned territory. C. CRM & ReportingUpdate CRM daily including lead status, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions. Maintain records of orders, payments, and dispatch updates. Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with the manager. D. Product Knowledge & TrainingUnderstand product features, pricing, warranty, and USPs. Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and new opportunities. Assist in product demonstrations and sample installations when required. E. Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain healthy sales pipeline for continuous growth. Upsell and cross-sell products from Royal Tint’s portfolio.
